Picture this digitized!

Critics Choice Awards: On Vh1 last night but it’s not even worth listing the winners.  Same old, same old.

CCA, Pt. 2: It is worth noting that Rooney was the first-ever house band.  How random is that?

CCA, Pt. 3: We love how, in “professional” things, Ludacris becomes Christopher Bridges.

CCA, Pt. 4: Quote of the night came from Jason Alexander, to Brangelina.  It was something like “Even if you don’t win, you get to go home with him and you get to go home with her, so it’s all good!”

CCA, Pt. 5: Who knew Richard Gere was a Buddhist?!  And hates the current administration so much?  Quite interesting.

Twilight: There’s a pretty funny spoof, High School Musical style, making it’s way around the net. You’ll probably appreciate it most if you don’t like Twilight or HSM.

Grey’s Anatomy: Getting its own videogame.  No idea why.

Smallville: Likely coming back for a season 9.  We didn’t even realize the show had been on for that long.  Time flies!

Melrose Place: Looking forward to the remake?  Well then you probably want to see where the original cast is now.

Cinemablend: Has a list of the 100 people “Most Likely To Die in 2009.”  Just so wrong…and yet, in some ways, probably right.

MTV: Should their website feature advertising for the morning-after pill? Sketchy line to cross!

DTV Transition: Worried about losing your signal when television goes all digital in February?  Congress may give you more time to make the change.  But make sure you make it!

SIZZLED OUT: The Mentalist

STILL SIZZLING: This fast-food chain is offering a deal: delete some of your Facebook friends and you’ll get a discounted burger.

Indirectly supporting Obama with a pre-inaguration concert

Indirectly supporting Obama with a pre-inauguration concert

Brad Pitt: Calls Jennifer Aniston a “sweetheart” in a new interview and says any drama between Jen and Angelina is “created” by the media. Also adds that the way he and Angie got together was “respectful.”  Jen might disagree with that…

Fashion Week: The economy is even taking its toll on one of the most anticipated week’s in fashion.  Several top designers have decided not to hold runway shows this year at the usually extravagant Fashion Week in New York City.  Though if you ask the designers themselves, they’ll tell you the economy has nothing to do with it.

Obama: Even if you can’t attend the inauguration in person, you can still get a close look thanks to HBO which will be airing the festivities.  The best part: you don’t even have to be an HBO subscriber to watch!

Jay-Z: But if you will be in D.C., Jay-Z is holding a special concert the night before the ceremony.

Golden Globes: Maybe it’s wrong of us to be so happy about this but the Globes will be handing out this year significantly smaller gift bags to celebs.

Entertainment Weekly: An editorial shake-up has one of our favorite PEOPLE editors, Jess Cagle, leaving the mag and becoming managing editor at EW.  Guess we can live with that.

Jossip: Among what they call the “worst” blogs out there (we’re not on it, whew!) are celebrity Twitter and MySpace pages.  We beg to differ.

Will Tony Danza be invited to the wedding?

Our question: Will Tony Danza be invited to the wedding?

Pink: Adding a new layer to her WTF saga with ex Carey Hart, the singer tells Seventeen she’d love to give him away at his next wedding, whenever that might be.

Alyssa Milano: Engaged to a Hollywood agent.  Will she be the boss?

TV Guide Network: Sold to Lionsgate Entertainment along with TVGuide.com.  TV Guide the magazine is still a separate entity.  Yeah, we don’t get it either.

Obama: Does a time of hope and change mean no more political satire?  Guess time will tell.

Prince William: Apparently being a prince is so much work, you need a “household” to manage everything.  William and brother Harry were given support teams by grandmother Queen Elizabeth.  We know we could use one of those!

Roger Ebert: Asks an important question in a new column: why do we thirst for movie stars to fail?  Wish we knew the answer.

Craig Ferguson: The funnyman (who was hysterical on Password last week) managed to keep something secret from the press–his wedding!  Ferguson got married over the holidays and suggests everyone should call him and his wife Cragan, a la Brangelina!

Big Hollywood: A new site made by Hollywood’s few conservatives.  Love that Gawker’s already making fun!

LiveJournal: Not all social networks are a-Twitter lately.  (Get it?  A-Twitter?!)  LJ, arguably the first site of its kind, has cut its staff rom 28 to just 8.

#1 album in the country!

#1 album in the country!

Mark Ruffalo: So yesterday we said the suspect was in custody.  She’s since been released now that there’s evidence pointing to suicide!

Britney: New album topped the charts.  Comeback complete or just beginning?

Tom Cruise: This week’s PEOPLE cover story.  Finally, a TomKat feature by a reputable magazine!

Brad Pitt: Says, predictably, that he and Angie weren’t too happy about last month’s NYT piece that called her manipulative. “[They’re] talking about not only the woman I love, but one of the people on this planet who I have the greatest respect for.”  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Pete Wentz: Named Travis McCoy (of Gym Class Heroes) godfather of Bronx Mowgli.  Why not Pete Stump or one of the other Fall Out Boy bandmates?  (Sidenote:  now McCoy says he and GF Katy Perry have baby fever!)

Ricky Martin: Releasing photos of his twins, born via surrogate.  No romantic details, though, which is obviously what people really want.  The photos, though, apparently are good enough for the cover of PEOPLE En Espanol.

Fantasia: The economy is affecting (wannabe) stars, too.  The Idol winner has to auction her home.  This comes after needing a loan to pay her taxes.

Rolling Stone: Doing layoffs but still making lists.  TV on the Radio put out the album of the year and Beyonce’s Single Ladies is the top single.

Yahoo: To add insult to injury, the script used to tell thousands they lost their job today has leaked to the ‘net.  Bet that makes them feel reallllll good.  Also, it’s worth taking a look at Yahoo’s history.

For Ro's sake, maybe history should repeat itself!

For Ro's sake, maybe history should repeat itself!

EW: A non-Twilight cover!  Yes!  Jennifer Aniston in its place.  We can deal.  Best part, though: Aniston compares Vogue to a tabloid for fixating its story on her and Brangelina!

Grammys: Nominations are out.  Leading the pack are Lil Wayne and Coldplay, two artists we don’t care for.  Guess that means we have bad taste?

Oprah: Surprise, surprise.  O is bringing her show to D.C. for Obama’s inaugeration.

Obama: Speaking of the inaugeration, what will the Mrs. wear?  There’s some sketches floating around.  They’re not half-bad!

Broadway: Grease is closing.  We never got a chance to see it.  Oh, well.

Broadway Pt. 2: The Flintstones are (maybe) coming!  Will this be Rosie O’Donnell’s next gig?

Neve Campbell: Coming back to primetime as one-half of an interracial couple on a new series.  Modern times call for modern shows!

The Apprentice: Why can’t anyone say ‘you’re fired!’ to Donald Trump?  It would really help us all.  Instead, NBC is planning to air each episode of the new season in two-hour installments.

TV Academy Hall of Fame: Bea Arthur is being inducted!  We do love our Golden Girls!

Luke Wilson: Is he really on Twitter?  Time will tell, we suppose.

The Real World: The subject of a special panel at the Paley Center for Media.  Though this is embarrassing to admit, we really wish we could go!

Did she feel fat when she filmed this iconic scene?

Did she feel fat when she filmed this iconic scene?

Obama: The presidential candidate’s grandmother died. What awful timing! Regardless of what happens tomorrow, now it is sure to be bittersweet.

Keanu Reeves: Spared from paying a paparazzo’s medical bills. A jury found the Matrix actor was not responsible for the injury.  ‘Cause, you know, a celebrity is never at fault.

Jennifer Aniston: Called Owen Wilson brave for making it through the rough year he faced. We think Jen’s the brave one for every day she lives through the age of Brangelina!

Kate Winslet: “Once a fat kid, always a fat kid,” she told Vanity Fair. What a great example she’s setting for her kids!

Carrie Underwood: Jessica Simpson feud be damned. Underwood now claims she hasn’t actually spoken to her former flame/Jess’ BF Tony Romo in months. “I would never mean to say anything to hurt anyone,” she said. Too little, too late?  (And by the way, great grammar, Carrie!)

Ashlee Simpson: First an Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding and now a Winnie the Pooh-based baby shower. Does someone have a Peter Pan complex? Let’s hope not considering she’ll have a kid of her own soon!

HSM 3 IS COMING!

HSM 3 IS COMING!

Hugh Hefner and The Girls Next Door: Holly and company have broken up with the notorious playboy.  One of their gripes: 82-year-old Hugh wouldn’t get married or have kids with them.  Shocking considering he’s been so committed in the past.

Brooke Hogan: Hogan has declined an invitation to pose nude for Playboy–though she may in the future.  After all her family’s troubles, shouldn’t her goal be to not attract attention?

Brangelina: Brad likes Angelina.  Angelina likes Brad.  They’ve proven that much already.  Do we really need to see a picture of Angie breastfeeding–taken by Pitt–to realize this?  The creepiness factor just went up a notch.

The Hills Take New York: L.C. pal Whitney Port is fleeing sunny California for the big bad city of New York–and a comfy gig with Diane von Furstenberg. If only it were that easy–or fake–for the rest of us!

HSM 3: Midnight movie tickets have gone sale.  Do you have yours yet?

Nick Jonas: The only thing stopping Mr. Flatiron from zooming around on his new motorcycle?  The proper license.  Let the betting begin: how long before he has his first crash?

STILL SIZZLING: Which wannabe starlet says the pending assualt charges (from an altercation with another wannabe) against her have “destroyed” her family?  As they say, that’s the price of fame!
